Board of Directors

Black & Veatch's Board of Directors are responsible for supervision of the overall affairs of the company. The Board is bound by the charter and by laws of the company and is comprised of a strong, balanced blend of skills and experience, allowing it to offer guidance in core markets important to Black & Veatch.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the primary governing body in Black & Veatch. It’s comprised of senior-level management across the company and is responsible for the overall activities of the organizations. The Executive Committee is guided by the Board of Directors and is empowered to make and implement major organizational decisions.
