The ESOP difference
Our people power us. It’s only appropriate that we empower them.
That’s why in 1999, we moved structurally to an ESOP — short for employee stock ownership plan — that grants company stock to our employees based on their duration with us. Each of our professionals has a vested interest in our long-term well-being and success.
Year after year, we’re among the nation’s biggest ESOPs, and we’re proud of it for the very fact that employee ownership drives how we do business, and it rightly rewards our professionals who take it to heart and put it to practice. Our employee-owners share accountability and responsibility for the decisions and actions that help our clients flourish and our company prosper.
With no external investors, our employee-owners are the only ones that benefit from the value they help create. The ESOP approach incentivizes them, typically giving them an initial stake in the company in their first year of employment and growing their ownership value over time, with the potential of building long-term wealth.
