Talent acquisition process education
Our new comprehensive process education aims to simplify the recruitment journey at Black & Veatch, providing potential candidates with detailed information about our procedures. This initiative, developed in collaboration with our human resources, legal and IT departments, covers every stage from job postings and applications to screening, interviews and offers.
The education tool has been designed to thoroughly inform candidates, enabling them to present themselves effectively and enhance their overall experience with us. The process includes critical stages such as submitting a job application, awaiting contact about an application, understanding candidate status visibility, navigating the human resources phone screen and hiring manager interview, and what to expect after the interview.
