So from an eligible professional’s first day at BV, they’re an owner. ESOP program participants receive annual contributions from the company that are then used to purchase BV stock at fair market value. Ownership accounts can grow every year depending on financial results, potentially providing a significant source of long-term wealth; the Program is provided at no cost to employees.
