Mr. Shallberg has more than 27 years of experience in the power industry and is responsible for directing and performing technical due diligence and independent engineering assessments for new construction projects, transaction support for asset sales, and valuation for owners, developers and project lenders.
These reviews provide technical, financial and economic analysis in the areas of technology, environment, plant overall design and performance, project contracts, operations and maintenance (O&M) expense projections, financial pro forma modeling, construction methods and scheduling, and project capital costs. Mr. Shallberg has also served in a variety of roles including group leadership, project development; engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business development; and detailed design engineering assignments in the power generation and chemical process industries.
