Wastewater Treatment Technology Practice Lead
As Black & Veatch’s Wastewater Treatment Technology Practice Lead, Gary Hunter has extensive experience in addressing issues associated with the control of PFAS compounds at municipal and industrial wastewater facilities. He is currently assisting the Water Environment Federation in the preparation of a definitive reference book detailing the current state of the science and treatment technologies to address the impacts of PFAS at wastewater treatment plants. Gary’s recent PFAS- related projects included addressing PFAS-contaminated landfill leachate for the cities of Manistique, MI and St. Joseph, MO.
