Mr. Lipski is a technical professional with more than 30 years of experience in the energy and utility arena managing complex projects, product development and implementation, solutions and services, and business relationships. He focuses on many of the smart technologies and advanced applications that comprise the Smart Grid solution set, particularly smart metering and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) solutions, data management (MDMS), demand response, underlying telecommunications networks and related technologies.
Mr. Lipski offers expertise in strategy development, technical and business needs assessment and analysis, technology roadmap development, program implementation, and meter standards compliance.
Mr. Lipski supports smart grid, smart meter, meter data management, demand response, implementation and deployment management, and related technology initiatives for utilities.
