Oscar Falcon is an accomplished and entrepreneurial business leader who delivers sustainable growth with a strong track record of safe execution. With nearly two decades of experience, Oscar brings a strong perspective and substantial executive experience in energy, connectivity, and commercial markets across Latin America. He excels at meeting clients’ needs through strong business management, proactive project risk management, and transformational leadership.
Based in Santiago, Chile, Oscar is Latin America leader for Black & Veatch’s operations in the region. He connects clients with the company’s full portfolio of services and EPC solutions, including renewable and distributed sources of power generation, as well as water and communications infrastructure.
Before he joined Black & Veatch in 2020, Oscar served as chief executive officer for Siemens Chile, where he led the company’s energy, industry, smart infrastructure, and mobility businesses. He also served as CEO of Siemens’ Power & Gas Division for the company’s Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay markets.
