Starting out as a developer on customer information systems and growing into a successful Senior Project Manager. Mr. Williams has a deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and has managed multiple projects throughout that life cycle.
Mr. Williams is an experienced Senior Project Manager. He has deep functional skills in CIS. His structured approach to project management has successfully been ported to Web/IVR development, HR outsourcing, NERC CIP compliance and Organizational Change projects. He is a confident leader, a strong communicator and a valuable asset to all his projects. He has advanced skills in the Microsoft Office application suite, including MS Project.
