Catlett is a Managing Director with over 23 years of comprehensive utility large-scale business and operating/information technology system implementation experience. He has been responsible for developing the market and account strategy regarding end-to-end grid-related investments and initiatives for electric utilities. Throughout his career, Tim has led over two dozen smart grid development projects, driving the regulatory and operational roadmap behind advancing distribution management.
Tim is a recognized thought leader across utility value chain including Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Customer Service, Competitive Retail and Wholesale Markets, and Corporate Governance. He spearheads innovation in grid, customer, and operational model domains.
In a leadership role he oversees program development and project execution with an outstanding history of managing projects from initial conception, through development, to implementation. Proven track record of bringing mission-critical projects in on schedule and within budget.
Mr. Catlett applies his industry acumen, project management and technical experience to support utility clients in planning and executing Smart Grid Modernization, New Energy Economy (NEE), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), Customer Information Systems (CIS), Customer Engagement (CE), Distribution Automation (DA), Outage Management Systems (OMS), Work Management (WM) and related technology projects. Mr. Catlett’s ability to provide leadership and direction from a functional and project methodology perspective, as well as his teaming attitude, has allowed him to quickly become a “go-to” resource on all of his projects.
